CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - Latest Update 08/4/2020
In taking account of the recent outbreak of Covid-19, we would like to reassure customers that we’re actively following all government guidelines as health and safety remains top priority across our business.
We have set up the contact-free delivery option with Hermes whereby there is no requirement to sign on receipt of the package, and drivers are operating under social distancing practices set by government.
For local deliveries, customers are welcome to collect from us. We will place the package outside the premises for collection. Please email email@example.com if you wish to collect items from us directly.

If an item is out of stock we'll contact you by email to offer an exchange or refund.
As a sustainable store we try to minimise plastic in our packaging, and consciously work to reduce filler packaging where possible. We use kraft paper tape which is more eco-friendly as it's compostable and degrades naturally within a few weeks.
According to the Center for Disease Control and Infection current information states"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from food products or packaging". On receipt of the package, if concerned it is recommended to leave cardboard for 24 hours before opening and plastic for 72 hours.

the reason for return. Unfortunately, Veelow cannot pay for delivery costs on returns.
